The Translation Office story

We have been handling all the translation work for our clients since 2011. From our office in the centre of Amsterdam, we work with SMEs and large multinationals from all over the world. As a professional translation agency, we have translated over 50 million words, and counting, and we are proud of that!

Native translators

We believe that a translation comes best into its own when it is done by a native translator who can express the text perfectly in the right language and cultural style. All the translators working for Translation Office are native translators. These are people who have been trained as translators. This means that we can always offer good and correct translations, in any language and for any industry. Our global network of translators is so large that we can translate from any language, to any language, and we can always engage a translator with experience in your industry or with your product/service.

Always a dedicated point of contact

With us, you always have one dedicated point of contact. After receiving your request for quotation, your project manager will contact you. Throughout the translation project, this person remains your point of contact and is aware of all the in’s and out’s of your translation project. Do you have questions? Your project manager is always there for you. Both by phone and by e-mail. For us, personal and good client contact is very important!

Your translation, fast and good

Is the translation urgent? We make every effort to deliver translations of up to 1,000 words within 24 hours of approval of the quotation. Always contact us by phone in the event of an urgent task. Then we can get to work quickly and do a good job for you. Is the translation longer than 1,000 words but still urgent? Even then, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
